Cracks can form as natural wax cools and shrinks. They're only cosmetic and won't change how your candle burn. On the first burn, the melt pool usually smooths everything out.

Please allow your candle to return to room temperature for 24 hours before use.

Some of our products - like body/face whips are made with natural ingredients that can soften or melt in hot weather. Don't worry! A little melting won't hurt the product. If your package feels warm, just bring inside and let it cool at room temp before opening. You can also pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to help firm it back up.
