How should I properly care for my candle?Proper candle care is important to ensure maximum performance and safety. For the first burn, it is recommended to let your candle burn for at least four hours or until the entire surface of the wax has melted (known as the memory burn). This creates an even pool of wax and prevents tunneling. When relighting your candle, it is important to trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch to prevent smoking and ensure an even burn. Additionally, try not to burn your candle for longer than four hours at a time and be sure to keep a close eye on it while it is lit. It is important to keep your candle away from children and pets, as well as any drafts or flammable objects.
