Hi! My name is Ashli, I am the face behind Freckled Acres Candle Co. I am a wife and Mom to two spunky kids, a fur-monster, the most baddy barn cat, 25 chickens, and 4 cows. phew. Freckled Acres came to be after the decision to leave my job in imaging and be home full time. This Momma needed to find something for herself, insert candle making and experimenting in the kitchen. I was really struggling to find myself after my main focus had been my career for what felt like forever. Mentally some days were really hard. Once I started playing in the kitchen with different ingredients and scents, I rediscovered how passionate I am about creating something we all love, minus the chemicals. To be honest finding candle making was more of a blessing. I am a huge mental health advocate and I want to remind you that there is no shame in reaching out for help!
