Our tallow whips are sensitive to extreme temperatures and may change consistency in transit. In hot weather, they may soften or melt and during the winter months, tallow is often harder in the jar. Please recognize we have no control over shipment/weather conditions.
If your product is slightly melted, please remove the whip from the jar and place it in a bowl, in the fridge. Once the whip has hardened back up, use a hand mixer or transfer to a stand mixer and whip back up. The body whip will return to its fluffy texture!
